Ove laboratorije nastavljaju tradiciju prvih eksperimentalnih instalacija za ispitivanje motora u regionu koje su na Univerzitetu u Beogradu formirane pre drugog svetskog rata i oslanjaju se na vi\u0161edecenijsko iskustvo i znanje ste\u010deno i verifikovano u presti\u017enim institucijama (Technische Universitaet Graz, AVL Graz, Technische Universitaet Aachen, Technische Universitaet Muenchen, Ann Arbor Michigan, King\u2019s College London itd.).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-72c8c58 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"72c8c58\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-a4fb2e5\" data-id=\"a4fb2e5\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-808f44a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"808f44a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Mogu\u0107nosti<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cd3b57d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cd3b57d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Dostupnim eksperimentalnim metodama i postupcima mogu\u0107e je verifikovati uticaje konstruktivnih izmena na motorima, uticaj izmene upravlja\u010dkih parametara, izmene u procesu formiranja sme\u0161e i formulaciji goriva na osnovne karakteristike radnog procesa u cilindru motora. Laboratorija je namenjena i specijalizovana, u prvom redu, za osetljiva i slo\u017eena merenja visokodinami\u010dkih pojava u cilindru motora, kolektorima i sistemu za formiranje sme\u0161e. Laboratorijska ispitivanja obuhvataju neke od osnovnih tehnika:\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>Rekonstrukciju cilindarske glave motora i pripremu mesta za ugradnju specijalnih senzora;<\/li><li>Merenje pritiska u cilindru motora u ugaonom domenu;<\/li><li>Merenje pritiska u usisnim i izduvnim cevima i kolektorima motora u ugaonom domenu;<\/li><li>Merenje pritiska u sistemu za ubrizgavanje goriva;<\/li><li>Merenje kinematskih parametara kretanja iglice brizga\u010da;<\/li><li>Merenje kinematskih i dinami\u010dkih parametara kretanja delova razvodnog mehanizma motora;<\/li><li>Merenje trenutne ugaone brzine i torzionih oscilacija kolenastog vratila motora;<\/li><li>Merenje emisije toksi\u010dnih komponenata izduvnih gasova;<\/li><li>Karakteristike goriva \u2013 formulacija goriva, uticaj aditiva, promena cetanskog i oktanskog broja i sl.<\/li><\/ul><p>Rezultati merenja i analiza omogu\u0107avaju pra\u0107enje i kvalitativnu i kvantitativnu identifikaciju uticaja razli\u010ditih parametara na tok sagorevanja, ekonomi\u010dnost ciklusa i ekolo\u0161ke karakteristike motora, i to:<\/p><ul><li>Konstruktivnih parametara \u2013 oblik komore, polo\u017eaj brizga\u010da, polo\u017eaj sve\u0107ice, konstrukcija ventilskog sistema i sl.;<\/li><li>Procesnih parametara \u2013 pritisak punjenja, temperatura sve\u017eeg punjenja, temperatura goriva i sl.;<\/li><li>Upravlja\u010dkih parametara \u2013 po\u010detak ubrizgavanja, pritisak ubrizgavanja, paljenje, broj pilot-ubrizgavanja, efekti predme\u0161anja goriva;<\/li><li>Karakteristike goriva \u2013 formulacija goriva, uticaj aditiva, promena cetanskog i oktanskog broja i sl.,<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-e2a0a75 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"e2a0a75\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-1e29fc6\" data-id=\"1e29fc6\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-02c449b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"02c449b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Za postprocesiranje mernih podataka i sprovo\u0111enje slo\u017eenih postupaka termodinami\u010dke i statisti\u010dke analize procesa sagorevanja, laboratorija koristi savremeni ra\u010dunski centar i specijalizovane softverske alate Mathworks Matlab\/Simulink i AVL AST (AVL IndiCom, AVL Concerto, AVL Cameo, AVL Boost).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-f87ff16 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"f87ff16\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-752de5f\" data-id=\"752de5f\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4f494ad elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"4f494ad\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<style>\/*! Laboratorija raspola\u017ee sa ukupno 24 senzora prinudno hla\u0111enih senzora pritiska u 7 razli\u010ditih tipova izvedbe iz programa AVL GmbH, namenjenih ispitivanjima najvi\u0161e klase ta\u010dnosti. Pored toga, na raspolaganju su 24 mikrominijaturna senzora proizvo\u0111a\u010da AVL GmbH za primenu kod vi\u0161eventilskih motora, kao i 5 razli\u010ditih tipva senzora integrisanih u sve\u0107ice, koji su namenjeni indiciranju benzinskih i gasnih motora (AVL Gmbh i Kistler KIAG). Hla\u0111enje senzora pritiska obezbe\u0111eno je preko kondicionerskog modula sa integrisanom pumpom i razvodnim blokom AVL RI58 (rezolucija 1\/1024).<br \/>Akvizicija podataka obavlja se pomo\u0107u PXI akvizicionog sistema sa 8-kanalnim brzim analognim modulom (8\u00d7500 kS\/s) sa integrisanom memorijom, pomo\u0107u namenskog akvizicionog sistema AVL IndiMaster 670 i vi\u0161ekanalnog digitalnog osciloskopa Tektronix Ure\u0111aj je razvijen 2007. godine, a zatim i pobolj\u0161an 2010. i 2012. godine kako bi se pove\u0107ala ta\u010dnost merenja u dinami\u010dkim uslovima. Namenjen je laboratorijskim merenjima masenog protoka te\u010dnog goriva u stacionarnim i dinami\u010dkim uslovima. Merenje je zasnovano na osnovnim fizi\u010dkim principima merenja hidrostati\u010dkog pritiska visoke ta\u010dnosti. Korekcija za uticaj temperature goriva nije potrebna, \u010dime se visoka ta\u010dnost obezbe\u0111uje i u slu\u010dajevima kada se merenja sprovode bez dopunskog laboratorijskog sistema za Tako\u0111e, za merenje zapreminskog protoka koristi se i viskozni protokomer na principu Alcock (Cussons P7205\/103) mernog opsega 100 l\/s. Merni opseg ure\u0111aja je od 0 do 10 FSN (sa rezolucijom od 0,001 FSN) ili od 0 do 32000 mg\/m<sup>3<\/sup> (sa rezolucijom od 0,01 mg\/m<sup>3<\/sup>).<\/p><p>Za tranzijentna merenja koncentracije \u010destica u produktima sagorevanja motora SUS, koristi se AVL 483 sistem koji je zasnovan na primeni fotoakusti\u010dnog efekta. Merni opseg je od 0 do 150 mg\/m<sup>3<\/sup> sa rezolucijom od 0,01 mg\/m<sup>3<\/sup>. Laboratorijski prostor namenjen ovim vrstama istra\u017eivanja detaljno je rekonstruisan tokom 2014. i 2015. godine kako bi se obezbedili uslovi za ugradnju i kori\u0161\u0107enje najnovije opreme za istra\u017eivanje sagorevanja, kori\u0161\u0107enje gasnih goriva i instalaciju najnovijih sistema za kondicioniranje motorskih fluida i ambijentalnog vazduha.<\/p><p>Laboratorije namenjene motorskim ispitivanjima (43, 46, 47) raspola\u017eu odvojenim prostorom za sme\u0161taj probnih stolova i posebnim zvu\u010dno i po\u017earno izolovanim prostorom za sme\u0161taj osoblja i aktivne merne opreme i opreme za automatizaciju ispitivanja i nadzor. Laboratorije namenjene istra\u017eivanju radnog procesa motora su prve obuhva\u0107ene ovim sistemom, imaju\u0107i u vidu vrednost instalirane opreme i osetljivost istra\u017eiva\u010dkih projekata.
