Ispitivanja se sprovode u prethodno programiranim dinami\u010dkim voznim ciklusima. Programiranje profila radnih re\u017eima, automatizacija izvo\u0111enja ciklusa i bezbednosne funkcije za za\u0161titu motora, elektri\u010dnih ure\u0111aja i merne opreme programiraju se u okru\u017eenju AVL Cameo i NI LabVIEW, a ciklus se izvodi na asinhronoj aktivnoj ko\u010dnici Rotronics Dynosens\/Schorch nominalne snage 300 kW i obrtnog momenta do 700 Nm. NEDC, FTP-75, WLTC ili reprodukcijom voznog ciklusa koji je dobijen tokom terenskih merenja. Za merenja se koriste digitalni akvizicioni sistemi na platformi National Instruments PXI i Compact RIO. Visoka ta\u010dnost i ponovljivost merenja snage i obrtnog momenta oslanja se na sisteme za merenje sile i obrtnog momenta HBM (Hottinger Baldwin Messtechnik) i sopstvene sisteme za kalibraciju sertifikovane u skladu sa DKD (Deutscher Kalibrierdienst).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-54078c2 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"54078c2\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-b72dee5\" data-id=\"b72dee5\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c3bf5a4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c3bf5a4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Oprema i metodologija za vanlaboratorijska ispitivanja<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8ffeeff elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8ffeeff\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Istra\u017eivanja i primena hibridnih pogonskih sistema oslanjaju se na eksperimentalna istra\u017eivanja i putna ispitivanja konvencionalnih motora kao glavne komponente sistema. Ovaj segment eksperimentalnog rada obavlja se u realnim, vanlaboratorijskim uslovima sa ciljem da se prikupe potrebni podaci o realnom voznom ciklusu i radnim re\u017eimima motora koji se u eksploataciji koriste. Rezultati ovih ispitivanja koriste se za komparativnu analizu i kalibraciju numeri\u010dkih simulacionih modela hibridnog pogonskog sistema. Laboratorija je opremljena modularnim digitalnim akvizicionim sistemom na platformi National Instruments CompactRIO koji je posebno prilago\u0111en terenskim ispitivanjima. Katedra za motore prva uvodi u nastavu kurs iz HPS na nivou osnovnih akademskih studija (OAS). Od 2015. godine, kao rezultat projektnih istra\u017eivanja (TR35042), u obrazovnom programu Katedre za motore nalaze se i dva specijalizovana izborna kursa kojim se studenti Master akademskih studija (MAS) uvode u specifi\u010dne metode projektovanja i optimizacije hibridnih pogonskih sistema. Na taj na\u010din Katedra za motore se svrstala u red malobrojnih univerzitetskih laboratorija u Evropi koja sistemski i organizovano izu\u010dava problematiku hibridnog pogona, kako na teorijskom, tako i na eksperimentalnom, prakti\u010dnom nivou.
