Program za razvoj Ujedinjenih nacija (United Nations Development Program \u2013 UNDP) je 2022. godine prihvatio predlog projekta Katedre za motore i instituta AVL List GmbH i omogu\u0107io projektovanje, izgradnju i opremanje nove laboratorijske infrastrukture za ispitivanje i razvoj novih tehnologija za budu\u0107e \u201ezelene\u201c motore SUS koji koriste vodonik kao pogonsko gorivo. Zahvaljuju\u0107i ovom projektu, Katedra za motore \u0107e biti opremljena prvom operativnom motorskom instalacijom sa motorom SUS na vodonik\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4); color: var(--ast-global-color-3);\">u Srbiji i \u0161irem regionu<\/span><span style=\"background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4); color: var(--ast-global-color-3); font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">. Zahvaljuju\u0107i povoljnom odnosu broja ugljenikovih i vodonikovih atoma, specifi\u010dna emisija ugljendioksida CO<sub>2<\/sub> po jedinici energije oslobo\u0111ene sagorevanjem vi\u0161estruko je ni\u017ea u odnosu na sva druga ugljovodoni\u010dna goriva, \u0161to ga, pored vodonika kao ekolo\u0161ki naj\u010distijeg goriva, \u010dini dugoro\u010dno najva\u017enijim i najperspektivnijim gorivom za motore SUS. Visoka otpornost na pojavu detonantnog sagorevanja omogu\u0107uje primenu sistema natpunjenja i rad sa visokim efektivnim stepenom sabijanja i time postizanje visokih stepena korisnosti. Laboratorija je opremljena eksternim rezervoarima za skladi\u0161tenje komprimovanog prirodnog gasa (KPG), instalacijom za regulaciju pritiska (visokopritisni i niskopritisni regulacioni deo) i sekcijom za razvod do motora. Infrastrukturno re\u0161enje omogu\u0107uje ispitivanje gasnih motora srednje snage namenjenih pogonu poljoprivredne i gra\u0111evinske mehanizacije, pogon generatora i motora namenjenih pogonu motornih vozila. Laboratorija je osmi\u0161ljena, opremljena i infrastrukturno prilago\u0111ena potrebama eksperimentalnog istra\u017eivanja radnog procesa konvencionalnih gasnih motora koji rade sa homogenom sme\u0161om i paljenjem varnicom. Me\u0111utim, fokus u razvoju Laboratorije za gasne motore usmeren je na specifi\u010dne potrebe istra\u017eivanja sistema sagorevanja dvogorivih motora (DF\/RCCI) kao izvesnog perspektivnog re\u0161enja za primenu u stacionarnom pogonu (pogon generatora, pogon plovila), a u drugoj fazi i za pogon motornih vozila.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-64433e6 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"64433e6\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-9c9bbf4\" data-id=\"9c9bbf4\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-489c2f6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"489c2f6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Gasni motori i novi sistemi sagorevanja \u2013 HCCI \/ PCCI \/ RCCI<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-81f0caa elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"81f0caa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Relevantne studije pokazuju da je budu\u0107nost motora SUS u radu sa homogenom siroma\u0161nom sme\u0161om (HCCI \u2013 Homogeneous Charge Compression Ignition). Realizacija ovog koncepta kod jednogorivih motora pra\u0107ena je problemima u stabilizaciji sagorevanja, ciklusnim varijacijama u \u0161irokom radnom opsegu ve\u0107ine kategorija motora. Poslednja istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da je rad sa predme\u0161anom homogenom sme\u0161om (PCCI \u2013 Pre-mixed Charge Compression Ignition) najbli\u017ei komercijalnoj primeni i na putu je da potpuno potisne konvencionalni sistem sagorevanja primenjenog kod dizel-motora.<\/p><p>Primena prirodnog gasa u kombinaciji sa nekim drugim gorivom, me\u0111utim, otvara mogu\u0107nost za realizaciju niza razli\u010ditih varijanti niskotemperaturskih sistema sagorevanja koji se oslanjaju na razli\u010ditu reaktivnost, odnosno, sklonost ka samopaljenju dva goriva (RCCI \u2013 Reactivity Controlled Compression Ignition). Postizanje visokih stepena korisnosti (>50%), sni\u017eenje emisije azotovih oksida i do 20 puta i potpuna eliminacija emisije \u010destica mogu\u0107a je primenom ovakvih sistema sagorevanja.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-7ccf271 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"7ccf271\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-826e8b3\" data-id=\"826e8b3\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0dcfe9e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0dcfe9e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Eksperimentalne metode sagorevanja<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8dba9a0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8dba9a0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Istra\u017eivanje radnog procesa i novih sistema sagorevanja gasnih i dvogorivih motora u Laboratoriji za gasne motore, oslanja se na vi\u0161edecenijsko iskustvo u primeni metoda za merenje i analizu performansi i dinami\u010dkih pojava kod konvencionalnih sistema sagorevanja dizel i benzinskih motora. Laboratorija je opremljena najsavremenijim digitalnim akvizicionim sistemima za simultano merenje dinami\u010dkih pojava u motoru (indiciranje pritiska u cilindru, strujanje u kolektorima) AVL IndiMaster, a za realizaciju eksperimenata koristi se \u0161iroka paleta razli\u010ditih modela senzora pritiska (vi\u0161e od 50 razli\u010ditih tipova). Ispitivanja se sprovode u stacionarnim i dinami\u010dkim uslovima na savremenim elektri\u010dnim ko\u010dnicama (dinami\u010dka asinhrona ko\u010dnica Rotronics Dynosens\/Schorch nominalne snage do 300 kW i dve elektri\u010dne ko\u010dnice sa vihornim strujama Borghi&Saveri snage 40 kW i Schenck snage 130 kW).
